Our Mission: The Katherine G. Johnson Elementary Family believes in nurturing learners and leaders through supporting and respecting our students, ourselves, and our community.
Our school is named in honor of Katherine G. Johnson, an American mathematician whose calculations of orbital mechanics as a NASA employee were critical to the success of the first and subsequent U.S. crewed spaceflights. Learn more about our namesake.
