Our Mission: The Katherine G. Johnson Elementary Family believes in nurturing learners and leaders through supporting and respecting our students, ourselves, and our community.

Newport News Public Schools is pleased to host our Dual Language Immersion program at Katherine Johnson Elementary School. The program started in Kindergarten in 2022 and will continue to grow by one grade level each year. Click here to learn more about our program.
